SSPI-WISE is seeking multiple people to support for in-person networking events at the following events for 2024. (More information on the conferences and networking page)

• Small Sat Symposium (Mar)
• Satellite (Feb)
• SmallSat Conference (Aug)
• IBC (Sep)
• World Satellite Business Week (Sep)
• Silicon Valley Space Week / Future Leaders Celebration (Oct)

You do not need to support all conferences - if you can support just 1 conference that would help a lot!

Position and Responsibilities

The networking team member duties are as follows:

• Work with the networking lead to coordinate the networking event
• Determine theme/format of the event - breakfast, gathering, appetizers, etc
• Work with sustainment to determine event sponsors
• Work with social media to advertise the event
• Work with the SSPI focal to print signs

Necessary Qualifications

• SSPI-WISE membership - registration on the SSPI-WISE website
• Team oriented, professional, responsive, willingness to learn
• Positive attitude to networking with women and allies across the industry
